He is a Director of Intercedent International and a member of the advisory council of Arise Technologies in Canada. His fluency in several languages including Mandarin adds significant value to his coaching assignments.

John Zinkin has extensive consulting, marketing, and strategic management experience and he has worked within the IT sector and office products industry for more than 30 years at companies such as Inchape Pacific, Gilman Office Machines and Rank Xerox. John, who is also a lecturer at Nottingham University Business School’s Malaysian campus, brings vast market knowledge to his coaching.

Charles Cousins is an engineer with more than twenty years experience living and working in Asia. He headed up Apple Computers in Asia in the 1980s and early 1990s converting Apple’s dealerships to direct subsidiaries. He has extensive experience in general management, marketing, and sales.
