Jim King
“I see coaching as an extension of the strong experience I have had developing people and supporting emerging leadership strengths.”
For Jim, “in a world where change is the accepted norm, business leaders need to continually adapt and develop. We can all benefit by seeing issues through other people’s eyes. Coaching is a dialogue where experience meets reality”.
Jim believes that the keys to executive coaching are to listen effectively, analyse quickly, and communicate concisely within a framework of enthusiasm, energy, optimism, and flexibility.
A proven business and relationship builder, Jim has spent more than 30 years managing and leading major multinational corporations in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. The companies include the Foster’s Group, where he was Managing
Director Foster’s Asia and Managing Director Carlton & United Breweries, and Kraft Foods, where he was President (Asia Pacific) based in Hong Kong.
As a seasoned senior business executive with extensive experience in fast moving consumer goods, he has proven capabilities in successfully guiding organisations through strategic change. Jim has a strong track record in people management and developing new and emerging talent. Jim offers invaluable assistance to executives seeking first-rate results.
“To succeed, you need to aim high.”
